Philippines Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council dated February 22, 2023.
The Schools Division Office I Pangasinan aims to strengthen the effective
implementation of the programs, projects, and activities of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines
from the national level to the institutional level.
In line with this, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council
will conduct the 1st Ilocos Region Program Commissioners Workshop which will be held
at San Fernando City, La Union on February 25-26, 2023 (Saturday & Sunday).
