In view of the upcoming 2023 Regional Climate Change Caravan (RCCC), with the theme: Empowering Humanity in Response to Climate Change for Sustainable Communities, to be hosted by Bonuan Boquig National High School in the Schools Division Office of Dagupan City on November 5-6, 2023, this Office informs the field on the list of pre-identified learners and personnel, indicated in the attached Enclosure I of this Memorandum, who will be representing the Schools Division Office I Pangasinan on the different activities and/ or competitions scheduled.
