Pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 7079, also known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) specifically Rule IX of section 1, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) announces the conduct of the 2024 Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) with the theme From Campus to the World: The Global Reach of Campus Journalism at the Pangasinan National High School, Lingayen, Pangasinan on February 22-23, 2024.
Schedule for the School Paper Contests will be on February 16, 2024. Submission for the RSPC entries will be March 1, 2024 RSPC is rescheduled from February 7-9, 2024 to
April 10-13, 2024. The host division shall be announced on separate memorandum.
