In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 392, s. 2025 and Joint Memorandum issued by the Department of Education-Central Office, re: Administration of the Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA) for Key Stage I Learners and the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) for Key Stages 2 and 3 Learners for the End-of-School 2024-2025. This Office, through Curriculum Implementation Division, hereby instructs all schools to provide support in the Administration of the end-of-school-year Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA) and the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI).
