In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 678, s. 2023, dated July 14, 2023 re: Advisory on the Conduct of the National Festival of Talents (NFOT), the Schools Division Off‌ice I Pangasinan participants are advised that their participation in the NFOT on July 17-21, 2023 in Cagayan De Oro City, Region X (Northern Mindanao) is exclusive of travel time.
