Pursuant to Memorandum No. 715, s. 2021, the Regional GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) through the Human Resource Development Division, shall conduct a five-day writeshop to localize the GAD policies to be held at the National Educators Academy of the Philippines - Region I, San Vicente, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 2-6, 2021.
