Carlos Council dated December 12, 2023.
The Schools Division office I aims to strengthen the effective implementation of the programs, projects, and activities of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Pangasinan-San Carlos Council from the national level to the institutional level.
In line with this, the Boy Scouts of the Philippine Pangasinan-San Carlos City
Council will conduct the Basic Training Course for Outfit Advisors at Ranom lloco
National High School, Bani, Pangasinan on December 18-20, 2023.
