Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is an intergovernmental non-profit organization which aims to bring together the people of Asia and Europe to address common global challenges through the organization's core values: accountability, professionalism, and learning. The organization's mandate is to promote better mutual understanding between Asia and Europe through greater intellectual, cultural, and people-to-people exchanges.
