Relative to the attached Regional Memorandum No. 866 dated September 1, 2023, re: CY 2022 QRF COORDINATION MEETING, the Contract Implementation and Monitoring Team created under Regional Memorandum ESSD—2023 No. 625 for the CY 2022 Quick Response Fund (QRF) Replacement/Construction of School Building will conduct a preconstruction meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, with the contractor and DepEd Central Office personnel to ensure quality construction and smooth implementation of the project.
