The Multinational Foundation, Inc. (MFI) in partnership with Ten Outstanding Women in the Nation's Service (TOWNS) Foundation, Inc has launched the Filipina Achievers for Rural Education Awards (FLORA) to recognize and honor women, who have made outstanding contributions to rural education, institutions, agencies, and individuals may nominate women educators in basic, higher and/or technical education in 4th, 5th, and 6th class municipalities in Luzon.
