Reference is made with the attached OM-OUOPS-2024-05-01115 Memorandum Guidelines on the Implementation of the Safe Spaces Act in Basic Education dated February 7, 2024, and Regional Memorandum No. 0213, s. 2024 issued on February 20, 2024 pertaining to the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Safe Spaces Act in Basic Education.
In line with Republic Act No. 111313 'Safe Spaces Act,' this Office commits to rigorously enforce its provisions in Basic Education as part of our commitment to foster learner well-being and a positive learning atmosphere under the MATATAG Framework.
