To ensure that DepEd SDO I Pangasinan adhere to the procurement timeline stipulated in the Updated 2016 IRR of RA 9184 and its Procurement Manual, this Office enjoins all program and project proponents to submit their approved and duly signed proposals and requests for procurement to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) not later than 30 calendar days for projects with an ABC of ₱1,000,000.00 and above and 15 calendar days for projects with an ABC below ₱1,000,000.00 before the conduct of the activity.
