The National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) will conduct its 14th Season Basketball Tournament that will begin with the "Local Qualifiers" where each city will have their own tournament from October-December 2023. The Regional Finals will be held in Laoag City on January 2024, and National Finals will be held at the MOA Arena, Pasay City on March 2024.
