Attached is a letter from Mr. Michael Romero, Pangasinan Chapter Executive

Manager of Philippine Mental Health Association, requesting support of school

administrators in encouraging secondary school students to participate in the

province-wide Poster Making Contest and Essay Writing Contest. This is in line

with the observance of World Mental Health Day and celebration of National

Mental Health Week to be held on the third week of October 2023 with the

theme, “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right”.
