Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 09, s. 2021 or the Institutionalization of a Quality Management System in the Department of Education, DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2022 or The Quality Management System Manual and Procedures and Work Instructions Manual, and Regional Memorandum No. 019, s. 2023 or the Quality Management System Harmonization Workshops for the Schools Division Off‌ices, respectively, this off‌ice announces the Omnibus Designation of the Quality Management Representative (QMR), Secretariat, and Quality Management System (QMS) Teams effective immediately.
