For the information of the field attached is an Invitation letter from Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office dated February 5, 2024 re: "Pangasinan IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities"
Relative to this, the Provincial Youth Development Office, DICT Pangasinan and the National Council on disability affairs will be conducting another "Pangasinan IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities" with a theme "Unlocking Potentials" that will be held on March 6, 2024, the venue to be announced later.
