With reference to the attached Council Office Memorandum No. 05, s. 2023 of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council, the Boys Scouts of the Philippines, Pangasinan-San Carlos City Council will conduct its 43rd Council Jamboree and Kawan Holiday (Boy Scouts Camp) at Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School Land Field, Barangay, Mamarlao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on November 9-12, 2023.
