Relative to the attached Memorandum issued by the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations OM-OUOPS— 2024 — 05 — 04956 with subject Guidelines on the National Implementation of Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) on Wheels 2024, also contained in Regional Memorandum No. 708 s. 2024, the SDO 1 Pangasinan shall conduct a caravan titled "LRP on Wheels" this July coinciding with the start of classes.
