RE-ORIENTATION ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MULTI-FACTORED ASSESSMENT (MFAT)

In reference to DM No. 386, s. 2024, due to the suspension of government work caused by the southwest monsoon intensified by Typhoon Carina, the Re-Orientation on the Administration of the Multi-Factored Assessment Tool (MFAT) is hereby re-scheduled to August 8, 2024 for the 2nd Congressional District and August 9, 2024 for the 3rd Congressional District at SDO I Pangasinan, 3rd Floor Building 1, Lingayen Pangasinan.
