In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 852, s. 2023 dated August 29, 2023, this Off‌ice through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) informs the f‌ield regarding the Survey on Tech-Mediated Learning Resources for Developing Literacy (Reading) Skills in Basic Education: Literature Review, Infrastructure Situationer, and Policy Recommendations for Philippine Schools among those who are teaching Kinder to Grade 3: Mother Tongue, Filipino, English, Language, and Reading & Literacy. In addition, the survey link can be accessed thru https://bit/ly/developmentliteracy. Participation in the research is voluntary.
