This is in reference to the OUA-OUT Memorandum No. 0112423-13-1 dated November 28, 2023 titled Return of Downloaded Program Support Fund (FY2022 Continuing Capitalized Funds for the Procurement of Hauling/ Delivery of DCP 2022 £-Learning Cart and Smart TV Packages) to Central Office.

In line with this, the Offices of the Undersecretary and Chief of Staff and the Undersecretary for Administration are requesting the certification of the availability) of fund, duly signed by the offices' accountant for the said downloaded fund. The certification is necessary􀁺 to facilitate the return of funds to the Central Office.
