In line with the implementation of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) for Senior High School, Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Program for School Year 2023-2024, this Office requests the submission of the following:

• Consolidated JDVP Assessment Results

  
  

• Copy of Registry of Workers Assessed and Certified (RWAC); and

• Justif‌ication Letter for the Learner— beneficiaries who were not assessed and subject for assessment.
