In compliance with DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2021 titled “Operational Guidelines on the Implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program”, all elementary schools which implemented the School-Based Feeding Program last SY 2023-2024 shall submit a Program Terminal Report to your respective district nurse using SBFP Form 7.
