Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022, entitled Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of Parent-Teacher Associations, all outgoing SPTA Officers for SY 2024-2025 shall prepare and submit an Accomplishment Report supported by a Financial Operations Report to their respective School Head by the end of the school year.
