Submission of School's Needs Assessment

Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 40, s.2015 titled Guidelines on K to 12 Partnerships

which provides steps in undertaking Partnership-Building Activities, to Wit:

a. research and needs analysis;

b. identification of potential partners;

c. meeting with potential partners;

d. designing and f‌inalizing formal agreements; and

e. managing, monitoring, and evaluating the partnerships; and
