Pursuant to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) Memorandum No. 090, 8.2023 dated August 18, 2023 and OUOPS No. 2023-04-1668 dated February 22, 2023, reiteration is hereby made for all offices and schools to participate in the conduct of the Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on September 7, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
